General:: I ordered a camera battery & charger but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to cancel the order the day after it was placed. Unfortunately, the order had been dispatched, but BU said I could have a full refund once the goods were back with them. Though this took some time as the goods came from China, BU have been good as their word and I am very happy with the ongoing info and support given to me throughout.
